I moved to this complex the beginning of this year. I think the other reviews were for the complex on Plaza Parkway. I live in the complex on the other side which is still part of Ridmar Condos. There is ample parking, enough lights and i feel pretty safe. I agree with the review below about them coming out to fix problems in a timely matter. And have to agree that it sucks that there isn't a pool or community area. There is a nosey lady who watches me all the time but you get that anywhere right' Would be nice if there was a little fitness area :) The ladies are very helpful and the maitenence guy is on point. all in all not a bad place to live and I would definently recommend to anyone who asks!
