I lived there for 4 years, and had an infestation of water bugs beginning on day 2 of moving in and until the day I moved out, huge bugs that would crawl on you while you slept, sometimes you would see 10 or more a day. They would spray, big deal, never got rid of them. The paid bills where nice, but every other month either we would go without hot water, a/c or heat for up to a week at a time. Always given the excuse, we are waiting on a specific part to be shipped in, hey here is an idea if you know this part is going to go out every other month ORDER MORE THAN 1! Manganment is rude, makes excuses for why thing can not be fixed correctly. I would never recommend this place to anyone, not even my worst enemy! STAY AWAY!!
