excellent neighborhood- my home! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/23/2004 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2004   I read the other comments and it makes me mad- the office staff has always been lovely to me! They sent me a $10 gift card when I was the one to leave trash on my patio! I called to thank the manager and he said it was becuase,"You can get more flies with honey!" I think the asst mgr and maint staff are great- several of them live here! My apartment faces a lovely courtyard with crepe myrtle trees and the squirrels are a delight to watch! I have never had a mouse or rat as the other comment said and I have lived here since 2001! They had a Valentines happy hour with catered food and wine and I won a prize- a bottle of champange!
