Enjoyed living here From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/28/2005 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005   Never had a rat problem. those others are crazy. I did have some leaky windows. and they never liked to give me my water bill at a convenient time (but that's nitpicking). Quiet, convenient, pretty setting, and ON teh Trinity Park, I loved that especialy for my dog. The current staff (Ruth and courtney) are fantastic, quick, helpful, always cheerful. Rent never increased. Maintenece was always there and on the spot the few times I needed them. The Only reason, and I mean Only, I left is to be closer to Dallas. I lived here about a year and a half
