Good Place To Be for Peace and Quiet From: star_kindler2@hotmail.com Date posted: 6/6/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   If you want peace and quiet, then River Park is the place for you. Office staff is friendly. Tara and Jorge are hilarious and go out of there way to make residents feels welcome. They always have time for you. Electric can run a wee bit high if you run it all day and night, but that's just the nature of the beast. Average is 14 cents. Anyhow, the apartments are spacious and well kept. There's easy access to Trinity River and safe places to walk. There are lots of trees and plenty of shaded areas. And as for the person who wrote about rats...wrong, just lots of squirrels. They never bother you. You WON'T regret living here. It will feel like home from day one.
