River Park Place Apartments

The whole experience at River Park Place is warm and friendly! From: dbhart1210 Date posted: 10/4/2004 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004   I have lived here for two years. A month ago I started to feel "antsy" and thought about moving. When I told the office staff, they helped find me an apartment better suited to my needs and preferences. When the apartment I was moving into was available, I went to look at it around 4:50 pm. I noticed a leak and reported it. By 5:30 (on a Friday no less) the leak was fixed and the carpet company was there to take care of the wet carpet. THAT IS WHY I STAYED. The office staff and maintenance people are there 24/7 for the residents. The office personnel live at the site and are constantly walking around inspecting and taking care of problems before they arise. They are family and treat residents as such. If you have ever lived where the needs of the residents were not a high priority then you understand why having a management that has the residents needs first and foremost is something to appreciate and respect.
