Since moving in January 2004, I have had a wonderful experience here. I am a Junior at TCU and the quiet atmosphere is a true blessing. The office staff is so sweet and say 'hi' to me every chance they get. One day my garbage disposal went out and maintance came over later that day. I was very impressed not only with how fast he responded to my needs, how professional he was, but also how HOT he was. Since that experience I try to be home when they change air conditioner filters in the hope that I can see the head maintanence guy again. Wow, this was already a really nice place to live, and now with the hot maintanence crew, I may never want to move.
