Great place! Only two stories, on the river, convenient to stores, and a good value for the $

I have lived here for three years, and have had nothing but good experiences. The complex is in a great location (close to TCU, Fort Worth Downtown, stores, the Trinity River), only two stories so you don't have a lot of stairs to climb or people stomping around above you, and not laced with unneeded amenities that some places charge an arm and a leg for like movie theaters, putting greens, and car washes. The staff is also very proactive to get residents feeling like they are at home and are quick to fix any problem. Since I am usually very busy with work, grad school, and traveling this is great. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a place in the Fort Worth / West Fort Worth Area.
The only negatives are the sometimes limited parking for visitors (2nd car), and I wish they accepted online rent payment or payment by credit card.
