VERY POOR SERVICE From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/1/2005 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005 1 response   I can ditto the comments on the "fake" office staff. They act as though you are a valued customer until you have a legitimate complaint and then you are treated rudely. They "push" customer service when they are trying to woe you as a resident, but the minute you lease, you are no longer an asset, but a "liability."
