This place has had an infestation of bugs since I moved in the staff says theyll take care of it yet, the bugs dont die. They also will not resolve maintenance issues if it cost them more than a few bucks to repair both of my doors have gaping cracks probably where all the bugs come in and the air conditioning goes out and they will not fix them. We also have had a few burglaries recently, I am definitely moving out when my lease expires.Also hope you are a fan of trains bowing off at 3-4 am. Oh and plan on sharing water bills which also stinks if your out of town and have 6 people living underneath you guess what your paying for thier water can you say bend ov...I also have faulty smoke detection that the mang. will not address.. If you are going to insist on living here after this review at least get some insurance. SROlYjGrgm2VnM-SactV

This is not true at all. I think this person must have accidentally reviewed the wrong community because there are no bugs here and when I call in to have stuff fixed, it is done ASAP.

I have lived here for 3 years and have never seen a bug! Also, the only time I hear a train is when I am stopped at the crossing 3/4 mile away. Maintenance issues are resolved within 48 hours. If not, call back!!!

I live at the community on the other side of Vickery. I hear the train sometimes during the day and overnight. Although train traffic has subsided somewhat over the past few months. This person may be located closer to the train traffic than where you are. I would barely hear the trains coming sometimes. But since all the wooded area has been cleared for a Wal-Mart, I can hear almost everything! You guys are also near the water. Anytime you live near water and a lot of trees, you are subject to have bugs. Each apartment is different. It can also depend on your neighbors. If you have filthy neighbors, more than likely their bugs will travel to your apartment. I have thought about moving to your community on several occasions. But right now, I am so disgusted with the entire apartment community in Fort Worth that I dare not move to another once my lease is up! Anonymous

I'm going on 5 years at this complex and have never had any problems. All my maintainance issues are fixed immediately, even when requiring the staff to stay late into the night.

Soooo true.This place has been plagued with nasty cricket/grasshopper things that can jump 6 feet high forever.It's sick!The manager writes positive reviews to disguise ALL that is wrong with this place!No wonder this complex is for sale!I'm shocked she has time to do anything else.All she does is obsess over this site.It's sad.Maybe we would have stuff fixed and fewer bugs if she would focus on more important things other than writing lies about herself and others.Sad...so sad.
