River Park Place Apartments

Great Leasing Experiance From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/16/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   I recently moved into the complex. I was in a bit of a bind when I came to look at River Park Place and Ruth made it all better. I had a wonderful experience leasing the apartment. She was the one who showed and leased me the apartment. We looked one day and were signing our lease the next. She has a very down to earth personality and she was one of the main reasons I leased here. I personally think she is one of the best managers Ive seen in the apartment business in a long time. I could tell she really enjoys and does her job well. I love the apartment and the location. Its very peaceful here and the neighbors are all very friendly. I really like the apartment floor plan Im in and I think its a good deal for the buck.The grounds could use a little improving, but its not enough to make me not recommend living here.
