They better do something quick..Everyone LEAVING!!! From: Mstylyn2002@yahoo.com Date posted: 8/20/2006 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006   I have lived in this complex 3 years now. I have completely enjoyed every minute of it. HOWEVER, the last few months have been horrible. The current Management company came in and fired the old management on the spot without anyone knowing it. Apparantly in foreclosure or something like that. no one can get a straight answer. The old management staff new everyone by name when they came in. They acknowledged you when you walked in the door and made you feel like agreat community. The residents here are very tight nit. They always have events and do things together. WELL LET ME TELL YOU!! This new bunch....are terrible. They will not acknowledge your presence when you walk in, they act like its a total burdon to speak with you, you have to make 3-4 requests for maintenance before they fix it, and then thats questionable, the pool is closed down from the health department, which they won't acknowledge. When you ask them about it you get a different answer depending on who you ask. They are very resident UNFRIENDLY!!!......I went in the office the other day and someone was signing a new lease to move in and I wanted to badly to say "WAIT...your making a big mistake." My lease is up in February 2007. If there isn't a substantial improvement by then...I AM GONE....There were 8 moving trucks in the parking lot over the weekend with everyone hitting the road. Those who would of re-signed their lease had things remained the same from previous staff, I assure you they would of stayed. When the old management was fired (terrible loss) there was a 98 percent occupancy rate...They won't tell you now what it is. All in all...this is a great complex, but, its goign down hill fast with these people at the helm.
