Questionable Practices From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 8/24/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   I have lived here 6 months. When it was time to renew my lease I went in and was shocked they wanted to raise my rate. I was under the impression it would go down or at least stay the same since everyone seems to be moving out. I gave notice and decided to leave anyway since I was becoming concerned about the overall downward trend of the community. A friend of mine who was getting divorced and needed an apartment decided he would call and see what they could do for him. He was quoted a "special" on a one year lease for my apartment that was over $125.00 less than what they wanted me to pay on my renewal. I couldn't believe it. I have perfect credit and have never been late with a payment. When I called and asked they told me they couldn't discuss offers made to others.
