No, Bad Start From: Brenda2006 Date posted: 9/30/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   (Please take advantage of this website - add your honest experiences to help others!) It was difficult to get office personnel to answer the phone 4 out of 5 times I got the answering machine. Yet I'd show up in person and all 3 of them would be sitting in the office. They definitely have a problem with maint. request. For almost 2 weeks I worked with them to get an apartment ready for me to move in - it was "never" ready when they promised. The day before I was to move in I was told it was ready - not! They say they repaint, they "touch-up". There were black scuff marks on some of the walls especially in the bedroom closet. There was debris on the kitchen floor. Accessories were missing from the stove. There was a leak spot the size of my hand on the L/R wall beneath the vaulted ceiling. On the second floor the floors "creaked" with each step I took. I read a reveiw posted on 9-15-06 by a disappointed tennant and I realized all my concerns were justified. The 9-15 review mentioned a water spot on the wall of the valuted ceiling that was simply painted over but never fixed! Guess what! That was the exact same apartment they were trying to rent to me (#2122)! Same water spot! In the L/R over the window to the right of the fireplace! How sad is that! They told me the apartment was finally ready for me to see before I signed my lease and there was that spot just as bright as day! LOL! It's really sad because they have great floor plans and I'd thought about moving there for years - reality was very disappointing! The day before move-in I canceled my electricity transfer, phone transfer, movers, etc...Time period: End of Sept 2006!
