Noisiest Place I've lived

I moved to RPP from an apartment complex in a college town. This place is louder and the neighbors are less considerate of others. My first year here was great. I had no problems at all. However, it seems like the complex has experienced a considerable degradation of client le in the past year. I cannot count the number of sleepless nights I've experienced because of domestic disturbances in the apartment next door (where I could hear each and every insult hurled back and forth, partially because they were "kind" enough to take it outside on the patio), dogs barking through the paper-thin walls, televisions blaring literally all night long. The staff is nice enough and willing enough to listen to a serious complaint, but it doesn't seem to do any good (I quit after the first complaint). This was not worth the $60 rent increase. I can't take it anymore. It's become my motivation to purchase a home. I'm getting out before it gets more expensive and worse to deal with.
