I have lived here for 5 months and have never in my life experienced such ineptness and outright stupidity in management. They have 3 or 4 office girls that really make you wonder if they ever graduated high school or not.
The hot-tub has been "down" for 3 of my 5 months with no solution in sight. The pool was constantly dirty in the summer, so much to the point that it was closed down for 2 weeks by the City of Fort Worth due to it's condition. The fountains in the courtyard have been "down" now for 2 months, leading to an infestation of mosquitos.
They have failed to change the password to the gates to the apartments in 5 years (in case you want to know, it's 0100 - same as the last 4 digits of the office phone - as every felon in Fort Worth knows it) despite repeated pleas by residents who have had their cars broken into repeatedly. Property is very near the Como section of Fort Worth, highest crime rate in the area and full of basketball playing folks whom love to overtake the sport court at the complex. Management won't do anything about it, it's beyond their comprehension level.
TRAINS, TRAINS, TRAINS!! If you don't mind hearing a very loud train horn 5 or 6 times EVERY NIGHT that go all night, then you've found your home. The tracks are just to the north of the property and sit a mere 30 yards from the northern part of the property. The trains vibrate the entire throughout the entire property and their horns sound as if they're coming through your front door!!!
Don't be impressed by the clubhouse or office! It's the only nice place of the entire property and you'll sorely regret the missed opportunities you could have had residing at a competing adjacent property for less costs. No security, no management, no way to contact management after 5 o'clock and outright idiots in the office.
