so far so good From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 12/21/2004 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004   i just moved in a few weeks ago and have been extremely happy w/ everything so far. other people who leave bad reviews keep mentioning the trains and although i hear them, they are really not that bad. i have never heard them while sleeping. they also complain about things never getting fixed in their aptartments. when i moved in, there were a few maintenace issues but once i reported them, they were fixed immediately. the management has been very friendly and helpful. parking is plentiful and the people i've met in the complex have all been very nice. the location is also great. everything you will need is within 5 minutes. 1 exit goes straight to vickery or 183 west. 183 east/i-20 east is also easily accessible. when i moved to fort worth, i looked at around 30 apartments that ranged from $300-$1000 for 1 bedrooms and this place offered the best move-in special and seems to give me the most for my money. i would definitely recommend taking a look at the place for yourself.
