I lived here during the summer, and at first glance, it was a great place. The floor plans are spacious, the landscaping is good, and it's in a great neighborhood. HOWEVER, our a/c broke after a week of living in our apartment. The maintenance was less than prompt about fixing it. They would come in and do nothing because they didn't know how to fix it. This went on for a month. I finally had to explain to them what was wrong with the a/c, and it ended up being replaced. The water in my bathroom was reversed, so hot was cold and cold was hot. For a few days, I assumed I had no hot water because the maintenance crew couldn't make it over to the apt to check it out in a timely fashion. Eventually, I figured it out on my own. This isn't the world's worst place to live... it was relatively quiet (we lived at the front of the property and away from the trains, so I never heard one), the rent isn't too steep, and the apartments are spacious, but the maintenance is awful and so is the management. Also, the parking isn't very good & several of the spots are in a flood zone. When it rained hard this summer, my roommate's Civic was literally UNDER WATER (stuff was floating in her car). I would go elsewhere.
