I don't think it's bad, but I would look around a little more if you don't like trains

The train is a problem they come thru the night at regular intervalswith horn blowing at full blast woke me up all the time and I wasn't as close as the apartment up the hill. The management staff is very rude. they have trouble getting the complex fully rented so they offer specials but if some unusal circumstances comes up like losing your job you have to pay back the entire discount given even if you only have two months left. No where in the country and I have rented many different apts in the U.S have I run into that. the discount was given because they could not rent them all out. When I lost my job and had to move back to my home I was told I was to provide documation in a very rude tone. Like I was lying to them. I never had trouble with the gate but was very leary of the way it open azand closed. there list of thing they can charge you for is very extensive and expensive.

Just as info. All the apts I have ever lived in have had that same rule. You may have lost your job, but you still broke your lease.

Look at a fort worth map and try to find an apartment complex in this area that is not near a train. If you go over by the Hulen/Vickery area, it is much worse, as that is where all the trains converge (try google maps satellite image). I had friends living over there and besides just hearing them toot their whistle, they would also hear them braking and smashing into each other, so take your pick.
