A Sad Day for Non Smokers From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/22/2002 Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2002   It seems that non smokers do not have the right to not smell the smoke from a neighboring appartment. Not only is this a health threat especially to someone with Chronic Asthma as myself, but a health threat from second hand smoke and a higher risk of cancer. The managment defends the rights of the smoker to smoke in their appartment and simply says that they can not do anything about the infiltration of smoke into my appartment. They refuse to let me out of my lease and refuse to do anything to stop the infiltration of smoke.
