Not a good company!!!! Althought they have some of the best leasing agents The manager is one of the rudest & just down right the wrong person for the job she!Ive lived in many of the companies property's & they r all the same! The talk around savoy is that the on site officer is a joke!Always some hidden cost around each corner.

I live in the Savoy Apt. now. This is my question why is everyone being anonymous? Is it because you don't want to be retaliated against? If so by whom? I want to know when any of you stayed here was the basketball goal taken down often? What was the condition of the fitness room? And in which part of the complex did you stay in so im not in that area?Z What other problems do I need to be aware of. Where I am now is quiet and my neighbors are respectful!!!

I live at The Savoy now. I love it!!! It is quiet and everyone is very nice, You could drive at dark if you don't believe me. The basketball goal, to my understanding, was taken down because kids/parents were not respecting the rules of the hours of the court and children from here and the nieghborhood were being disturbing and disrespectful of people trying to sleep. I don't blame them. When I want to sleep thats what I intend to do. Sad to say but one bad apple ruins it for everyone. The fitness room has been the same. People are finally keeping their kids out. Ive been here a few years and plan on staying untill I get the house ;-) I think if people have issues be a grown up and open your your mouth and do it in a tactful way...nothing ever gets solved with rudeness. The good far more is better than the bad...but the good goes overlooked and all you here about is negative Tr
