Good place for the money From: butterfieldfe Date posted: 1/16/2008 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   I rented back in early 2006. If I get restationed in Fort Worth I'll probably move back again. If your in the military its close to base and the rent is cheap with all bills included. Can't really beat that. The space is a little small but not bad for a single guy. If you want more room a two bedroom isn't to much more. The whole time I was there my garbage disposal was inop but I wasn't real concerned about it. I'm sure the maintenance guys would've fixed it if they had the parts and I was a big issue to me. Never had a problem with noise or my neighbors and all the one's I ran into were pretty friendly. The staff was great, the neighborhood was alright. Would I live there again. Heck yes lol.
