Great Management Team From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 8/24/2005 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005   My experience has been great. Safety is not an issue.Safety is 1st here at serrano. They have a police officer that lives on property and curfue. I have been here 2 years and I am going to renew my lease once again for another year.We just got a new manager and she is great. She takes care of all issues personally. She also lives on property and does walk at night and takes very good care of her residents. We are so lucky to have her.
