Grounds are very well maintained. Entire facility currently being repainted. Workers are out picking up trash on the grounds every morning. Management has been very quick to respond to maintenance requests and legitimate complaints about neighbors.

Reasonably priced, but high enough to make me feel like I live in a safe environment.

Minimal noise. I can hear water running in neighboring bath and some outside noise. I have never heard neighbors in adjacent units.

I don't understand the negative comments elsewhere on this site. It doesn't sound like I live in the same complex.

Yes raidersfan86 LOL!! I too can hear the bath running in the other apartment and I can hear them also. Not to say they are terrible neighbors but yes, you can hear them if you can hear the bath running! LOL
