This will be my final lease with this apartment complex. It took 4 months to get the raccoon infestation out of my attic! I had to call city code. The raccoons had ripped through the air conditioning vents in the attic and my light bill was over $400. BUT OF COURSE I was told, "raccoons can't rip through cold things'" wow! What a smart manager we had'
Then, urine and blood was dripping through my ceiling. I had to raise so much hell to get anything done it was unbelievable! I got an attorney after my mother was hospitalized for 7 days!
All I can say is, GOOD LUCK!

I've never seen a booze bottle anywhere, I've never had moldy cielings, I've always had hot water - even when I was running the washing machine. Sounds a little suspect accusations in my opinion...
