Parking is terrible and there has been several break ins last week, Rent has increased,trash is everywhere. Long time tenants are moving out,My guest car has been towed. The office, furniture, staff has changed, I want to see the changes I am paying for. We need the security back, with his gun fully loaded and prepared to apprehend any suspect. People are jumping the fence coming into the apartment complex that i suspect doesnt live there, crime is increasing. We have a tenant that used 3 parking spaces, why is that we need light by the fence to avoid crime

I hardly think that any changes will be made in this situation, especially when management seems to be a part of the problem, althought the faces have changed in the office the unprofessionalism remains within the company. To summarize it all I would like to say that "it's all about the dollar bill" and management could care less about your safety or anyone else's I hardly think that they are going to spend funds on security for folks that they do not respect as human anyway. This company is on a treasure hunt and they are on the wrong trail, what can you get from folks that are struggling financially. They should try some of their get rich tactics with the folks who have the money to go toe to toe, and face to face with them in a court of law. A bunch of scheming ripp offs!!
