Don't even think about it!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/10/2006 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006   If it didn't cost so much for me to up and move in the middle of a lease, I would have been gone! The way that the apts are being managed really stinks! We now pay for parking $25, for spaces that NO ONE uses anyway!! But if you don't pay, you get towed. What is the money going towards, well let me tell you...we now have christmas lights ALL around the trees..COME ON, NOW'''' The office has a brand new look, yet our dishwashers appear to be about 20 years old. New lampshades just appeared last week outside of our doors..$$$$ cha-ching. And now, brace yourself, When you want to renew your lease, they offer to paint an ACCENT wall or shampoo your carpet for renewing...no more money off your next rent. Here's the kicker..can we say "strapped for cash''"..The office management now offers us a chance to enter a drawing for $75 for paying our rent early or ON TIME. What does that say''' They will pay you to pay your rent, makes me a bit nervous, sounds like were going under....glub, glub, glub...
