Southern Oaks Apartments

This place is horrible From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/27/2008 Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2008 2 photos   First there was a rat infestation that they took forever take of. Then the dishwasher broke and flooding the dining room and took 3 weeks to get a new dishwasher. My husband and i put in maintenance request and they still haven't fixed our doors that are falling apart and thats been about a month (and still not fixed). The parking sucks they have all this covered parking that you have to pay for, which leaves parking spots very far away from your apartment.Then there is no Hot water during the day or the water is shut off and they don't tell you that they are shutting the water off. Then one day i came home and my electricity was off in the whole complex and again not letter from the office tell us that it was going to be shut off Then on top of all that my car got broken into 2 nights in a row. First the stole my radio then they came back to steal my car. And they aren't doing anything about it.
