I have lived there a year and couple months. I have told the office staff about water damage in my apartments. Since I renewed my lease which was 4 months ago. They have not come to my apartment to FIX anything. I have problems with the sink the pipe leak all over the floor water damage in the closet. ROACHes everywhere. You have to tell to come and spray, and evan when you do tell them they don't come. they told me that they would have to come and carpet wash because I have lived there for more then an year Till today. 9.27.07 they have not come. to do anything. Its time to pay ReNT again and will go in the office once agin remind them that they haven't come to my house and fix what need work.... I hate it there. Car get broken in to and they can't be given no ticket or anything because its private property. NO security. NO Gate Work.. LLLLLLLLooooOOOOOOkkkk some where else.

Seriously, ok I was considering the place but no, now that I've read the word roaches..in 2 different reviews I'd rather stay put. I've lived in my apartment for 1 1/2 years I have seen 3 roaches in that whole time, and I live by the river.
