Was nice when no one else lived here.

I assumed paying a higher price for what seemed like a nice, new apartment would help keep punks out. My husband and I were proven wrong just a few months later. Kids pulling out with squealing tires all hours of the night, loud bassing music all hours of the day and night, and work orders that take weeks and weeks to get completed. This place was cheaply built. We had several imperfections upon moving into our brand new apartment. My advice' Find a nicer place.
