Nice but too expensive

I have lived in this complex for almost a year. Management has changed recently & I am glad to see Missy become manager. I have rented from her before in another community & she is very professional & knows how to manage! The maintenence here is a good group especially the lead maintenance man. I understand this is a new community but it is a bit overpriced but you get what you pay for. Parking is a slight problem. My neighbors have a hard time knowing the trash days of the week & picking up after their animals but management can't be there all the time. Letters of "request" has been sent out as to the animals, trash & even open flame pits but some of the residences do not comply! I do wish the lawn service would not mow when the lawn is wet since it does leave ruts & is unsightly. I do wish the residences will give the new manager a chance. I wish the rent would lower upon each lease renewal. Also another request if there could be certain buildings just for those of us over 55 years old! No apartment will be have all the luxuries of a home but this is a nice place to live. The rent could be reduced to make it attractive to rent a larger apt. One can almost rent a house for the amount of rent of a 2 bedroom. I'll stay another renewal term!!!
