I will agree with just about everyone here. I can hear everything my neighbors do upstairs. The construction of the buildings are terrible and the maintenance staff do not know what they are doing. They never fix repairs properly and they usually forget if you ask them for something.
I don't know where they hire the managers for this property. They are very ditzy and have no idea how to be professional...even the way they dress is unprofessional.
Also, they allow the Irish Gypsies (google them and you'll know what I'm talking about) to move in the apartments. They stay up all hours being loud and rude. They trash the apartments and when they move in during the fall season...you will usually see an increased number of robberies and theft. They move out in the spring and head to back to New Mexico. They are here long enough to scam the local elderly. Management knows who these people are but they only want to make a buck.

I totally disagree with every thing this person says about the workers. The knew manager is exactly what this place needed. There is no other property in FW with a maintenance staff as proffessional as this property. I challenge any one to show me a abetter maintenance crew.

I am the manager & I would like to respond to this post. First, I think every apartment will have some sort of noise level, it's an apartment. If you have any complaints we do have a 24 hour courtesy officer. Second, we follow up with every work order completed. If you have had a problem with something not getting fixed properly, I encourage you to come speak with me. I am fair & will handle the situation. I have been in this business for 13 years & have received nothing but thank you's from the residents as to how much better the property is being managed. As far as the way the staff dresses, please stop by anytime, we ALWAYS have professional business attire on. Last, your comment about these so called "Gypsies", everyone that lives at this community has been screened & fully qualifies to live here. Also, crime is everywhere. I offer you to check the crime rating for this property & compare them with other apartments. I don't work here because I have to, I work here because I love this community, the residents & this company.
