Stone Villas at Lake Worth

Walking in you think you have found a great apartment complex, wrong! For the price you pay for your apartment things should be better. They shut the pool down for an entire week, in the middle of August! Also, the front security gate is always broken (open) not much security. Also, our air conditioner went out on one of those 105 degree days it took almost 4 hrs to get them to just come down and put freon in it. The parking is extremely hard to find on the weekends and sometimes mid week. If the price was lowered this would be a good place to live, but for the price of the apartments the complex is not worth it.

I have the same issues living there myself. It turns out there has been a change in management and some of the staff which has been a turn for the worst. The pool has been closed for 2 weeks now, you can't use the 24 hour workout room when the pool gate is chained up like it's been, the gate has been broken for 3 months straight now. Also overkill of the sprinklers, especially in the winter when you slip and fall on the sidewalks. I will say the maintenance has been good so far but if that changes, what's the sense of staying. Oh and forget about getting a straight answer on upgrading to a larger bedroom, they don't want to help with that, God forbid. This place was a 5 when we moved in, now it's a 3.
