I'm now living here. Yes, there are bad things - pool shutdown for 2 weeks or more (doesn't matter now, it's Nov), stuck gate, so-so management. Most important I did NOT get my referral rebate from this web service yet (after 4 months). Other things include - if your room face the inside walkways, God help you because the a/c can be loud at nite, and the lamps can shine straight into your room HORIZONTALLY like a spot light, esp on 2nd floors. I've yet to get my gate remote.

Now on the good side, is the rent discounts for working for certain employers. It is convenient to shopping (Walmart, etc). Overall the renters here seem to be quiet and well-kept. No gang-bangers or questionable folks here (yet).

Overall I am waiting for my rebate still - I'm ok here because I'm not looking to be permanent. Next year, they are getting more competition when the construction is completed for a nearby apt (I think).
