I moved in about 9 months ago. The rent is a little expensive but I like it here. It's very quiet. The pool was shut down last summer but the girls in the office said it was due to signage and new requirements from the city. It was only down about 3 weeks. The gate was open once for about a week. The parking kinds sux. I've never had a problem with my neighbors or the offic staff. People need to keep their dogs on a leash though and pick up after them. Anywhere you live you'll have problems so I figure it just comes with apartment living, nothing to get that mad about. Oh, and the lady with the electric issue needs to get a life, times are tough and the electric company is the one cheating you, not the apartments..do you pay them for electric or the electric company'

The pool was shut down for at least a month and the gate was broken for at least that long as well.
