Not a bad deal

Well, first of all, this is a brand new apartment complex. I moved into this complex when it was under construction. I moved from it's next door sister property Park Creek. When I moved, some staff of Park Creek were also moved from Park Creek to here and they were very efficient. But now, the management is not quite efficient. However, the maintenance guy is good....he has hard time keeping up with his job....but that's not his fault though. They need another maintenance person. The other guy's complaint about a broken water heater...it happened to me also....but then they changed a unit inside it and the problem didn't happen. But it took about a month for them to figure it out what exactly was wrong. For the money, the size is small...but then again, it's a luxury apartment near Motorola and thus I can't expect it any cheaper. Parking is a big problem....specially for the guests. The landscape is nice. I do have some ant problem and I complained about 3 months ago...but they never showed up. But I guess I should have given them a reminder. I like the apartment as a whole. I would reocomment this apartment. I am planning to move to a house.....otherwise, I would have continued living here. I kinda worn out my carpet from over cleaning it....but when I first moved in, I fell in love with the carpet. Ask for a new carpet if you can....good luck and you will enjoy living here unless you are way too picky.
