The apartments are nice. The price is only worth it if you sign up when you get a good special. The pool is always full so you can barely get in. Often late at night there are people in the hot tub being very loud. There were a few cars that got broken into...luckily they were not mine. Some of the workers are snooty. If you bring a problem about the apartment to them they will listen to your problem then blow you off and you will never hear from them again. If you ask for an update they will just tell you they are still working on it. When you move out they do everything in their power not to give you your security deposit back.

Summer Brook apts. are the worst people to rent from in Ft. Worth. They are dishonest people that have no integrity. They will kick a family out of their home 2 weeks before Christmas because their 1 year old son is just starting to walk and the down stairs neighbors are bothered by the noise. Summer Brook will send a letter of eviction by way of a maintenance man to be delivered to my twelve year old daughter. Did I mention they had me renew the lease two weeks prior? They also had a collection agency collect a "no notice fee" from my family. When I asked for a corporate number, I was told " We can't give that out!" The review was absolutely correct about the people that work at Summer Brook. They are definetly not in the people business and have no compassion for the people they rent to!!
