Summers Landing

Very Nice and Quiet Place... From: tthibs@neo.tamu.edu Date posted: 3/23/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   I moved into summers landing about 3 months ago. This place compared to my old apartment is beyond great. The maintenace has done a fantastic job with my requests and this complex is extremly quiet! My biggest fear of moving into a downtstairs apt. is the loudness coming from above. I'm not sure if i was blessed with considerate neighbors or if the walls are thick, but it is so silent that i never have a problem going to sleep at night.I love it!!
