Watch out for Tracey the manager. If you talk to her, have a witness and a tape recorder ready with good batteries. Do everthing in writting or she will lie to your face they you didn't give her notice or drop it in the box. Demand she do the walk thru inspection because they have a habit of not returning your security deposit regardless of the condition of the apartment. Lock valuables away since the maintanence staff loves to hang out in your apartment when your away without notice. Try getting items repaired like running toilets, tiles falling out the shower, AC filters... Good luck. You'd make out better renting a house, duplex or even living in Oakcliff, you'd have newer appliances, a more professional management team and a safer environment since cars were constantly being broken into there. Remember, avoid management at all costs if you do not have a tape recorder. SHE is very dishonest.

Couldn't Agree more with your Experience. What I can suggest is get in touch with the Texas Tenants Union.Their phone # is:214-823-2733.The Lady out there is NOT 'TRACY'But 'CINDY' WHO Has Taken her Place as the Manager ( Or Whatever)!!
