Well i can top all of you all! I moved in 8 years ago (1998) and it was a really nice place. pool was cleaned out daily, repair request were done the same day unless the had to order a part. Grass was cut sometimes twice a week, and they had get togethers at the club house for people to speak thier mind.
Now - LISTEN UP NEWBIES !!
I have been flooded out 4 times in 8 years. and its been within the past 2 years. The last time was in November. Well it's March now and the bathroom ceiling still droops with plaster missing. Oh My AC unit has been out for 5 months. Four months ago i sent a written letter stating my problems within my dwelling... No reply (lease law gives 30 days for management to comply) if i'm not mistaken. So this months rent goes to AC and water damage repair. Lets see if that turns some screws. Three months ago i started deducting 75 bucks from the rent. Two months ago they said the dog i had cost 75 dollars a month. I paid a pet deposit 6 years ago. When people in charge can not speak a lick of english, You see what happens. 6 or so months ago they brought 13 people to court and the judge threw the cases out do to a lack of communication.
Last but not near the least. My kitchen sink is backed up, plugged up tight i know i work construction! My dish washer is full of water and the plugged up drain is leaking inside the wall, causing the living room floor to be soaked with old dish water...Yum Yum... One more thing before you leave in astonishment. MY GRASS HASN'T BEEN CUT FOR 8 MONTHS... I'm just going to pitch my tent outside!!
