What a step up! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/10/2005 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005   I had a flood in my apartment due to my upstairs neighbor's toilet that over flowed. I called the office and they had a carpet company out to extract the water, mainenance fixed the problem and the manager offered a model key for me to relax in while the repairs where made. Who new that there is someone or some place that knows what customer service is all about. Looks like I will be staying for a while.
