DONT MOVE HERE From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/19/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   me and my fiance have lived here for almost a month and cant wait till our lease is up, we enjoyed these apts until the new mgmt. they are horrible, staff is extremely rude! new apt had to call them 3 times and myself had to call once before they would fax them our rental history, the amenities are a joke, the workout room is useless 1/2 the equipment doesnt work properly and there are very few matching weights, the hot tub hasnt worked since we moved in and has now been turned into plant hole, the security gates are stuck on open half the time, bees are everywhere and the maintenance say you need to call outside service to get fixed, the patio across from us is not painted fully and is an eyesore. these apts were awesome until the new mgmt now they have turned into crap and the new tenants prove it, i agree with other commenter these are turning into low income housing. one more thing if you live on the top floor be prepared it to be hot the majority of the day during the summer, insalation must be nonexistent
