I have lived in the abbeys now for 8 months. I can't wait for my lease to be up. We have had so many problems since moving in, and the staff is the worst, only one person is ever working and she will never leave her office and is less then willing to help anyone. First off the office did not have any gate cards when we moved in. They said to wait a week and come back in see if we have any, I would go into the office ones a week to see if they had any gate cards for 2 months before she gave me a card.
next the apartment has a bug infestation. Hundreds of nats all the time, and spiders crawling across the floor every time I turn around. If I pour a glass of wine and set it down for 5 mins, there would be at-least one if not more nats floating around in the glass. I called the office and she told me they couldn't do anything and to pour bleach down my drains.
Just last week the garage door opener broke. I my wife whose car is parked in the garage is not able to leave for work. Went down to the office filled out a work order and was told they would come look at it that day! The garage door is still broken and no one has come to look at it after many calls.
I would not recommend this apartment to anyone. They are not built well, the electricity goes out almost every day, and the staff is worse to deal with then a wireless customer care rep.
