There have been some rough times over here as far as managers who were just flat out lazy, but things have really been getting better. I called in about my a/c not cooling, and the maintenance guy was out in fice minutes. The manager actually called me to follw up! In my past two years, there was never a personal call to check on my service. I give them an A for most recent efforts.
