I have read the reviews and find that most complaints aren't valid. There is always going top be a price to pay for breaking a lease and as far as the middle of the month thing, most people are open to the option of being flexible. Just think about things and understand that you can't always do what ever you want. The apts are the oldest in the area but the new staff, new as of last summer and since, seem to be very friendly and nice. Rents are lower than most in the area and the location is great, no apts on either side of me!! thatand being so close to 35, i love calling AMLI home!!
