IF YOU DON'T LIKE SNAKES, YOU WONT LIKE THESE. MANY REPORTS OF WATER SNAKES ENTERING APARTMENTS, AND BEING IN THE ENTIRE COMMUNITY. I WISH WE KNEW BEFORE HAND...! ALSO, IF YOU WANT A DEAL ON RENEWING YOUR LEASE DONT LOOK HERE. WE HAVE PAYED OUR RENT ON TIME EVERY MONTH, NEVER HAD A COMPLAINT MADE, BASICALLY YOUR IDEAL TENANT, AND THEY WANT TO RAISE OUR RENT UNREASONABLY HIGH. NOT A SINGLE REASON TO KEEP US HERE.
