The two guys in the office are terrible. When we first moved in, Marcus was our leasing agent. He didn't really seam like he knew what he was doing, but was a pretty nice guy. After living there a couple of months, we had some service requests, pick up a couple packages, and a couple other things. Nathan was rude and unfriendly everytime we came in and on the phone. I am surprised that guy has a job anywhere in customer service. As long as you don't have to talk to Nathan, or ask Marcus to do anything for you, you should be fine. The apartments themselves are ok, but could use some new appliances.
