Ok, first off, the management changes every few months. Everytime this happens you get charged with late fees because they forget to take out your direct withdrawal. The pool is gross as hell, no one swims in it. There is a mix of people here, but mostly people who couldn't otherwise afford it without help from our dear government. The walls are ok, but the ceilings are paper freakin thin. Management won't fix anything so don't ask. I have a friend at another apartment complex on the golf course... I would have much rather lived there. So, if you decide to move in, get ready to live with snakes and an overflowing dumpster with snotty management that won't lift a finger for anything.
