From the street this place looks nice and when we filled out the application the staff was helpful. But that is where it ends. They wrote on the lease that it was for 6 months from February to September which is actually 7 months. When I later pointed this out to the black lady that worked there she would not acknowledge the error and she told me it was my own fault and that I should have actually counted the months. She then said if we tried to move out that we would be responsible for the re-letting fee and remainder of lease.

Then another time when we made prior arrangements with their staff about our rent she did not honor that arranagement. Instead she said that the other girl had been fired and that our previous arrangements were not okay.

I was told was that there was a 2 mile walking track. When I actually walked it, it was actually 1 mile so if you back tracked that would be 2 miles.

The apartment we had was on the third floor and had a creek view and we were near the street so we could hear traffic all night on Western Center. My husband was going to park in one of the empty covered parkings one night when it began to hail and within 5 minutes someone was knocking on our door telling him to move it.

We ended up leaving early and paying all the ridiculous fees which was well worth it because I hated the place and couldn't wait to get out. It was the worst renting experience I've ever had. This place is a dump for the money and I heard there are a lot of car break-ins in this area. They even handed out a warning notice. The gates are a joke, anyone can get through and half the time they don't even work or our remote controls would not work. I had to take one back because it never worked from the minute they gave it to us.

My recommendation is to go somewhere else!
