I have lived there almost 2 years. I had no problem when Amli owned it but now that it is run by bh management I hate it. There emergency maintence is nonexistant. My hot water heater sprung a leak in the middle of the night and I called emergency maintenace 3 times. No one came until I called the management office when they opened the next morning. There answer to fixinf the water damage on the shelf that the water heater sat was just to paint over (in a color that goes with no other paint in my apartment). When my deadbolt broke, they did not show up for 2 days.
